Taylor’s experience and knowledge of weight training surpasses any that I have seen before. He was born for this occupation if you can even call it that. He eat, sleeps, and breathes the embodiment of weight training. From the time I met him in the weight room I knew Taylor had what it took to make me what I wanted. He would not only treat you like a mold and shape you but also get your feed back and use that information to tweak his workout specifically for you. And his knowledge has only grew and expanded.
Taylor took myself from being 6’1 145lbs to 161 pounds, with only gaining muscle. Later on in my life Taylor took me from 175 pounds to my biggest I have been in my life 210lbs and the strongest I have ever been. In 6 months on a mass building program. He is the man you want to see when it comes to GAINS!!! Not only in size but in strength.
But what sets Taylor apart from the rest he will never past you’re means and result in injury he preaches fundamentals and correct form to get the most out of you’re workout as per the muscle group you are focusing on. He will also show you if you take you’re time and work towards your goal you will never truly lose you’re gains but put them in dormancy until you pick the weights back up. Because your muscle mass will quickly come back! I don’t know how his man does it or how he learned it. But I am truly great full I found him as a trainer.
